The shimmer of the night,
The scent of its light
Speak to me,
‘Someone’s there for you.
Just wait a little longer.’
And I here lie,
Paying heed to their advice,
Drowning into a sea of madness, love and dreams,
Restraining my heart from looking up into the sky,
Eagerly searching for you amongst the stars.
